Shipping and Returns

 Shipping

Seed & Bliss ships goods using Australia Post.  Orders within Australia will be sent Australia Post.  For all International deliveries, we will use standard shipping.  If you require Express International delivery please contact us via seedandbliss@gmail.com  

Please note: any alterations, or cancellations of orders must be made via email to seedandbliss@gmail.com before 9:00am the following business day or a shipping fee will be charged.

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days.  Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you by email.

Please allow 3-7 business days to receive deliveries within Australia.  We are posting from a small regional town and postage is sometimes a day or two more.

Postage within Australia is free, and posted via Australia Post.

International 7-10 business days.

International orders will incur a flat rate of $15.00

Taxes

Purchasing outside of Australia prices are displayed in AUD$.  As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

 

Customer Service Policy

Seed & Bliss is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We work hard to ensure all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with your Seed & Bliss purchase.  If you feel your piece is not ideal for you, Seed & Bliss is happy to exchange, or provide store credit for items returned within 7 days of delivery.

We cannot always guarantee that additional size options will be available.

You will need to:

Find your Seed & Bliss receipt

Email us at seedandbliss@gmail.com to authorise a return.

Arrange return shipping.  Customers will be responsible for return shipping changes.

Post your piece back within 7 days.

In order to qualify for an exchange or credit, all items returned must be in brand new, saleable condition and be unused, unworn and undamaged.  You must also include all original tags and packing intact.

We are unable to accept returns of earrings/studs due to health and hygiene regulations.

We also do not allow exchanges or credits for sale items.

Credits will be issued in certain cases and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.  They are redeemable for any Myelma product and not redeemable for cash.  They may not be used after their expiration date under any circumstance.

REFUNDS

We do not provide refunds simply for change of mind.  Refunds will only be issued at our discretion or if a product is faulty and an exchange or credit note is not appropriate in the circumstance.
